My Professor Locked the Door — Episode 1: Clean It Up

Friday night, and Max is nursing a glass of water at the bar. It is his last easy weekend before a new professor takes over on Monday, and the rumors call her ruthless. Then a red-haired stranger in a plunging green dress slides onto the stool beside him. She teases him for drinking water on a Friday and drinks it herself. A single drop runs down her neck and disappears into her dress. He tells himself not to look. He looks.

"You're staring," she says. He points out that she spilled. "Then clean it up." One napkin, her skin, their faces an inch apart, and the tension in Episode 1 of My Professor Locked the Door snaps tight. Then she whispers "Hold that thought" and walks away. No name, no number, just the best Friday of his life. Then Max finds the card she left behind: Ravenhall, Jessica Grey.
